Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
If you have ordered Original Bakelite Radios, Single 78 RPM
records, Single 45 RPM records, Recording Software or Featured Items, your order
will be shipped from Canada. We use Canada Post Air Mail for shipping
orders originating in Canada. Typically, these orders take approx. 10
business days from the day you receive your final confirmation email stating
that your order has been processed along with your final total, including
shipping.
All other items are warehoused in the US and are shipped from various warehouses
located in the US. It should be assumed that any orders that are
warehoused in the US will be shipped via UPS ground service. Delivery time
for these items is approx 5 business days from the day you receive your final
confirmation email stating that your order has been processed along with your
final total, including shipping.

Defective Product Returns
We accept returns on defective product for repair or replacement. Goods must be
in same condition as received.
New product will be repaired or replaced if within warranty period.
New
Records will be replaced if defective. If original records are ordered and
received with defects, your purchase price will be refunded or credited to you
(less shipping) upon receipt of defective goods. Return postage shall be
the responsibility of Customer; replacement shipping shall be the responsibility
of Primeau Music.
Defective Product Return Procedure
Following these easy return instructions will result in quick and easy returns,
and therefore will mean faster replacement of your item.
To initiate return of defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt
of defective goods, describing item ordered and nature of defect. Please
include original order number as well as the person's name the item was ordered
under and date ordered.
Upon receipt of this information, a representative of Primeau Music will contact
you by telephone or email with return address, shipping and customs declaration
instructions and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
RMA# must be clearly written on outside of shipping container so it can be
easily read by carrier.
Items returned without RMA# on outside of package will not be received and will
automatically be returned to sender.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow all return instructions carefully as
failure to follow these instructions may result in additional Customs or
Shipping charges.
